Symptoms

Problem

User has claim from one customer ( Customer A) and is attempting to associate it with a different customer ( Customer B)  as they have a  reciprocal relationship setup , but the user receives the following error:-

 Error

'Pay Over Earnings is not allowed for this offer'

 

Steps

1. Create Claim for Customer A

2. Attempt to associate to Customer B

3. Error occurs
