A couple times a month, when trying to cancel a batch, customer gets the error:
no data found in package INV_Trolin_Util Procedure Query_Rows
Through research in prior SR and bug 18645949 it was found that this is caused by the code trying to delete the move orders (specifically the invisible move order) but the invisible move order no longer exists. The customer was given a temporary version of file GMEVCCBB.pls that comments out the attempted deletion of the move order and were instructed to apply this while no one else was on the system, cancel the problem batch, and then reinstate the standard code.
Because the customer keeps encountering the problem, however, they do not want to have to do this every time they have this problem. They would like the code changed so that if the move order cannot be found the cancel batch still proceeds without error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cancel a batch.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel these batches without having to get everyone off the system, apply a temporary pls file, cancel the problem batch, and then reinstate the standard pls file.
