Package Body WMS_ATF_RUNTIME_PUB_APIS Is INVALID After Upgrading EBS From 12.1.3 To 12.2.4 (Doc ID 1983354.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Install


After completing upgrade from R12.1.3+ to R12.2.4 using document "Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Guide Release 12.0 and 12.1 to 12.2 Part No. E48839-09" and
applying all Recommended Patches from OAM Patch Wizard, the following objects are showing as invalid.
 
Object Type: package body
Object name: WMS_ATF_RUNTIME_PUB_APIS
Status: INVALID

When attempting to manually recompile the package , the following error occurs

1. Upgrade upgrade from R12.1.3+ to R12.2.4
2. Find the package WMS_ATF_RUNTIME_PUB_APIS is invalid
