Pricing Is Not Working based on the Price List In The Charges Tab Within Service Request (Doc ID 1983516.1)

Goal

Entering the item for the first time with a Price List in Charges tab does not reflect the correct price in the Totals.

Re-entering the Price List name in the Pricing Rules tab, reflects a price for the item.
