The Initial Accomplishments are not being considered for the UMP, and the remaining UOM is not correctly reflected in the UMP. The planning shows many, many MR's are past due, when they are not.
After applying these 2 patches ie. <Patch 18157486:R12.AHL.B> and <Patch 17571125:R12.AHL.B> .. and have loaded all new test data (for testing), found that the Initial Accomplishment records were NOT being considered in the UMP planning.
The Initial Accomplishments to behave as before, where the counter readings entered in that form are considered as the planning point for the next due date and UOM Remaning.
