Symptoms

On 12.1 version,
After applied <Patch:12401006>:R12.FUN.B mentioned in <Document:1336994.1>,
we are able to create Netting Batch by submitting concurrent Generate Netting Batch(Short name:FUNNTGNB),.
But the following error occurs when submitting Generate Netting Batch

Unexpected error:-1861ORA-01861: literal does not match format string

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to concurrent request submit window.

2. Submit Generate Netting Batch by entering necessary parameter.
