Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, RLM Rules Issues

When attempting to call sourcing through the process order api,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Warning: the process order api returned the following warning:

Example:
line 1.1, item 123XYZ could not find a source to schedule the line.
please specify a warehouse on the line or define sourcing rules for the item.
RLM Exception generated:
Warning :: The Process Order API returned the following warning: Line 1.1, Item 123XYZ: Could not find a source to schedule the line. Please specify a warehouse on the line or define Sourcing Rules for the Item. (CUST_ITEM=123XYZ) (REQ_DATE=2015/02/16 00:00:00)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release Management responsibility
2. Attempt to schedule
3. See error

Due to this issue, users cannot successfully schedule orders due to error.
