PRC: Distribute Labor Cost process gives rejection reason NO_COST_RULE when using the labor costing extension. It appears the labor extension is not being called but the log file shows:

palccc: Preparing to Call Raw Cost Extension
palccc: Updating rejected rows after calling client extension
[0] items updated 'N' skipping further processing
[8] items updated for rej code
