Location ID Is Not Getting Populated When Create Ship To/End Customer Address Using Add Custom (Doc ID 1984047.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Customer Usage

OM: Add Customer profile has been enabled and you are creating ship to / end customer from sales order form. When you create new address , location id is not populated and displayed when you save the record.

If you re-query the saved sales order , this newly created address is not there on sales order but is visible in LOV with location id . If you select it again and save it then for further re-query , the same is visible on sales order.

Expect to see customer location after record is created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile OM: Add Customer.
2. Navigate to sales order form > others tab > End Customer > Add Customer, Key in details and save. No location id is populated in the field for newly created address
3. Re-query the sales order and check in End Customer fields. The newly created address is not there as default even though it was saved earlier.
4. Select the new address from LOV which is visible and has a location id, save the record
5. If you re-query order now, you can see the newly created address along with location id under sales order > others tab

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the location id.
