Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
Find some old transactions are appearing in Intransit Value Report / pending for receiving although items of internal requisitions are already received and delivered.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run CSTRITVR module: Intransit Value Report
Output shows
Sort by Item Intransit Value Report As of Date: 19-FEB-2015 17:13:22
Include Shipments and Pending Receipts Page: 1
Category Set: Inventory Detailed
Material Transfer
Item Description Category UOM Quantity Total Value Charges Freight Cost

Search for Source Type = Internal

Receipt Transaction Summary form shows receive / deliver transactions for internal requisition from Org T51 to T52 /
Sales Order 1232412 / Transaction date 11-DEC-2014 / Item 5C0214C401 / Quantity 5.
