Lifecycle Phase Empty In Change Order Created From WebADI (Doc ID 1984328.1)

Lifecycle Phase field is empty against the item in Change Order even though a lifecycle phase exists
When Change Order is created for items through WebADI, Lifecycle Phase field is null against the items in the Change Order, even though they have lifecycle phases assigned to them

Lifecycle Phase should be shown on the Change Order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for item, export to Excel
2. Update Lifecycle Phase in the spreadsheet
3. Upload and specify to create a change order.
4. See Lifecycle Phase is empty on the Change Order.
