The Covered Product is not in active status for contract line x.Y, Product. Error attempting to Run QA

On 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring there is a QA Check Error there is the following error when we run QA Check for contract
The Covered Product is not in active status for contract line 1.1, Product.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a contract for update.
2. Run QA Check. It fails with Error.
The item shows in Install Base a custom Status "Laoner" and is not Expired.
Due to this issue, users cannot activate the contract.
