Clicking "View Document Details" Link on the PO Approval Email Notification Leads to "Page No Longer Active" error (Doc ID 1984415.1)

When clicking on the "View Document Details" link of a Purchase Order (PO) Approval email notification, the user gets redirected to a page that is "No longer Active".

The issue only occurs with PO notifications, but the error is the same as described in the <Note 1588248.1> "Edit Requisition Link And View Requisition Details On Email Giving Message: You Are Trying To Access A Page That Is No Longer Active", which applies specifically to requisitions.
