From the Depot Technician Portal when searched for the Repair/Service orders, duplicate lines of repair order are getting displayed.
(Some 12.1.3 users report this issue only occurs if the search is triggered using the Repair Number. If the search is performed based on the status = 'Open' then only one Repair Order is returned).
Expect that the search should display only one Repair/Service order that is searched for.
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Technician Portal -> Search for any Repair order
3. Find that the duplicate repair orders/Service Orders are displayed in the results.
