Estimation Details Shows Direct Item Lines Which Are Not There In Work Order (Doc ID 1984669.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Industry Specific Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Work order cost Estimation with direct items are showing abnormal value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the estimated cost to be correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WO with Description Direct Item and Release WO
2. Requisition with approved status gets created
3. Estimate the WO and estimated cost is as expected.
4. Go to Autocreate and select the Requisition
5. Go to Tools > Modify
6. Click on second line (new line will get created)
7. Modify UOM & Need-by Date and then click OK
8. Re-estimate the WO
9. The estimated cost will have an additional line with higher Estimate value.
Keep using the Requisition Modify function in Autocreate, the Estimate Value will keep growing further.
