ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
KiwiSaver Information is a seeded element which captures percentage contributions to KiwiSaver.
You have an exemption from IRD, so they do not have to make a compulsory contribution to KiwiSaver, as long as the employer contributes to AMP Superfund.
However, there is a check in the seeded formula - SSCWT_CALCULATIONS - to check that the Employer Contribution should be a minimum of 3%. As a result, you are being forced to contribute the additional 3% to KiwiSaver as well.
If a Contribution which is smaller than 3% is given, the payroll will stop with an error.
