When following:

"Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1)"
Section B: Configuring Oracle E-Business Suite REST Services

in step 3

ant -f $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/fnd/txk/util/txkISGConfigurator.xml ebsSetup
fails with the below error:
