ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Expect that Vacations are exempt in Michocan, but Vacation Premium is subject

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Found that Vacation Premium classification in the state of Michoacan is not included as Subject for State Tax, but according to the legislation information found on the table, this classification should be fully subject. According to the state law it is fully subject.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an employee in Michocan
2. Paid Vacation and Vacation Premium
3. See that Vacation Premium classification in the state of Michoacan is not included as Subject for State Tax,
4. Vacaction Premium classification in the state of Michoacan should be included as Subject for State Tax

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot the employer state taxes would be calculated incorrectly
