Symptoms
The Payment Method Code is not updated in IBY_EXT_PARTY_PMT_MTHDS table using UPDATE_VENDOR_SITE_PUBLIC API
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Execute AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.update_vendor_site_public API
