On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to create task for a customer, whose name is more than 80 characters..

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-12899: value too large for column "JTF"."JTF_TASK_REFERENCES_B"."OBJECT_NAME" (actual: 125, maximum: 80)

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Define a customer, whose name is more than 80 Characters.
2. Create SR for this customer account and save.
3. Create task and save -> Receive Error message (screenshot is attached.)
