Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Weblogic Server

Starting up the admin server by using the adadminsrvctl.sh script fails with below errors .

oracle.as.management.opmn.optic.OpticBadConnectException: Could not get secure socket for host <Hostname.Domain> and port <Port #>
at oracle.as.management.opmn.optic.OpmnSSL.getSecureSocket(OpmnSSL.java:52)
at oracle.as.management.opmn.optic.OpmnPhone.dialOpmn(OpmnPhone.java:733)
at oracle.as.management.opmn.optic.OpmnPhone.getSocketForCall(OpmnPhone.java:455)
