Exception Error When Clicking On Work Order Relationship After Applying Patch 16811730:R12.EAM.B (Doc ID 1985493.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on Work Relationships button in EAM Self Service, the following error occurs.
The issue started after applying patch 16811730:R12.EAM.B.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on Work Orders tab
3. Query work order
4. Click on Work Relationships button
5. Receive the aforementioned error
