Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to perform an Express Receipt the following error occurs.
ERROR

Total express transactions created: 0
rvtptcontrol failed.
The error only occurs when using Express button.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Query the PO in Receipts form.
2. Click on Express button, all lines get selected automatically.
