Goal
In release 12.1.3, after applying Patch 17963765:R12.OIE.B and Patch 18401673:R12.OIE.B, the following is noted:
1. If the Vacation rule setup is Delegate, one can self-approve their own expense claim.
2. If the Vacation rule setup is Transfer, one CANNOT self-approve their own expense claim.
3. In 12.1.2, if the manager sets up their Vacation rule as per point 1, resulting in a self-approval scenario, it would error.
Expectation
Self-approval should not be allowed if the Vacation rule setup is Delegate.
Please explain / provide fix.
