Depot Repair>Repair Actuals: OM CS_DB_ERROR "No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type" During Booking Estimate Line (Doc ID 1985706.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Estimate and Actual Charges

When attempting to book Repair Actuals the following error occurs.

Error
Errors from order management.
"No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type"


Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a Service Request
  2. Query back the New SR and create a Repair Order
  3. Return and Ship lines created automatically based on the Repair Order Type
  4. Select Return Line>Auto Process>Enter Order>Process. Order number generated.
  5. Repeat step 4 for Ship Line
  6. Create a Repair Estimate Labor Line
  7. Import Estimate to Repair Actuals.
  8. Attempt to book the Repair Actuals:   
    Errors from order management.
    "No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type"
     
  9. Create a new SR and RO
  10. Repeat steps, but this time omit steps 4 and 5, i.e. do not enter the Return and Ship lines.
  11. Actuals book with no error.
