Employee Transaction Monitor SSHR Not Working In SSHR Employee Side Bar Menu Of Talent Profile (Doc ID 1985718.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Talent Profile

When using SSHR Transaction Monitor functionality through Talent Profile Side Bar menu, an employee can see the transactions belonging to other users as well in the Transaction Monitor page. The function 'HR_TRANSACTION_EMP_SS' was added to the menu for Employee - Self Service responsibility.

Expected Behavior:  The Transaction Monitor should ONLY display the transactions of the logged in user.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications.
2. Go into responsibility 'System Administrator'.
3. Navigate to Applications > Menu
4. Query for below sub menu:

5. Navigate to Employee Self-Service >> Talent Profile

6. Next page shows 'Transaction Monitor'.

7. Now click again on Transaction Monitor from the Side Bar menu. Then the page refreshes.
