Symptoms
When attempting to create new Inventory Items using master items form, the following error occurs.
ERROR

This combination of segment values already exists. (ROUTINE=fdfvcc
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Master Item definition form.
2. Enter item code, description and copy attributes as per template
3. Save the transaction.
4. A message window opens with error 'This combination of segment values already exists. (ROUTINE=fdfvcc)'
5. Check for any item existing with same item code/ name...no records found.
