Migration 11.5.10 to 12.2.4

You are attempting to open the Transaction form and receive the following error:

APP-AR-96822: Please enter a batch source.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
Press F11
APP-AR-96822: Please enter a batch source message appears
