Symptoms
After applying the patch 20218327:R12.PO.B, while attempting to autocreate new Purchase Orders, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to autocreate form
2. Query an approved requisition
3. Attempt to create a new standard Purchase Order-> error occurs
