ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BANK_ACCOUNT_IDs missing after R12 upgrade from CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS table


Post R12 upgrade of existing 11i DB some of the existing BANK_ACCOUNT_IDs are missing.

11i object: CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS_ALL
R12 object: CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS

Sample data:
(11i) SELECT * FROM CE.CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS_ALL WHERE BANK_ACCOUNT_ID IN (80399, 80398) AND ORG_ID =2887;
--data exists
(R12) SELECT * FROM CE.CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS WHERE BANK_ACCOUNT_ID IN (80399, 80398) AND ORG_ID = 2887;
-- data doesn't exist
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To find bank_account_id s 80399, 80398 after upgrade in table CE.CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R12) SELECT * FROM CE.CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS WHERE BANK_ACCOUNT_ID IN (80399, 80398) AND ORG_ID = 2887;
2. data doesn't exist


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the bank accounts mentioned.
