Symptoms

Unable to do a Correction for a Receipt with Serial Control items as the Serial Entry form does not return in the List of Values valid serial number(s).

Steps
1. Create a new Receipt

2. Deliver Receipt Items into Serials

3. Correct Delivered Items

    Navigate to Receiving Corrections form RCVTXECO
    Search for Receipt
    Enter negative quantity
    Click the Lot-Serial Button

4. On Serial Entry form INVTTELT

    Search for Start Serial Number
    In Serial Numbers LOV
    Open Serial Numbers LOV  --> LOV is empty.
    Click Find %
    Choices in list : 0

    If entering specific Serial Number get error
    FRM-40212: Invalid value for field FM_SERIAL_NUMBER.
