Symptoms
When attempting to create a bank account for a supplier based in Finland the following error occurs:

Please enter a minimum of 8 characters for the Account Number
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Query supplier
b. Navigate to banking details
c. Create new bank for supplier with country " Finland , bank name "<BANK_NAME>" and Branch name "<BRANCH_NAME>"
d. Enter Account number <ACCT_NUMBER> and check digit <CHECK_DIGIT> and get the error message. Entered 8 digits long but still get the error.
