PRC: Create Accounting Completes With Error When Secondary Ledger Exists (Doc ID 1986503.1)

PRC: Create Accounting fails when running this for the Event Class = Revenue and Revenue Adjustment. The errors in the Subledger Accounting Detail Report are:

95937 There are either non-accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects.
Please enable the profile option SLA: Enable Diagnostics,create accounting again, and run the report Transaction Objects Diagnostics to identify the problem.

0 This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted.
Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Projects have been accounted:
project_id: 309276 draft_revenue_num: 1.

Secondary ledgers were recently implemented in several operating units.
