On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting

OPM Pre-Processor is completing with a WARNING

5 s - Processing error messages, 3 errors/messages found

 Error number: -127
 Error message: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GMF.GL_MESG_TBL_PK) violated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OPM Financials Responsibility
2 Navigate to the  View  Requests  screen
3 Submit the request OPM preprocessor  Wrapper
