Symptoms

When a defaulting rule is built to copy the quote header price list at line level, it doesn't work as expected when the header price list is changed and a new line is created.

Step to reproduce :

1. Enable quoting defaulting rules, change the line level price list rule to copy the quote header price list
2. Create a quote with price list A, create a quote line. Price list A is copied correctly at line level
3. Change the header level price list to B. Create a new quote line, the line level price list is defaulted to A. Incorrect.
4. Close the form , query again the quote, create a new line, the line level price list is defaulted to B , which is correct.
