Symptoms
When attempting to move a job at an operation from queue to move, user gets an error that the quantity must be less than or equal to Available to transact.
the following error occurs.
ERROR
The quantity must be less than or equal to Available to transact.
STEPS
1. Components are Operational Pull
2. Do a manual issue of material to a job
3. Do a move transaction from Queue to To Move.
4. Receive Error
