Service Request Form Does Not Update The Correct Ship To Address When Navigating To Previous Record (Doc ID 1986971.1)

Symptoms

When a user performs a search using the Service Request form (In Query mode), if the user displays the next record returned, and then goes to the previous record, the Ship To address region is not refreshed when using the directional arrow keys. 

Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Search for SRs
Click the down arrow to go to the next record
Click the up arrow to go to the first record

The Ship To Address is not refreshed & the incorrect Ship To address is displayed
