The UOM For Labor Debrief Lines Is Converted To A Default Value When Sync'd From MFS To The Server (Doc ID 1987256.1)

On : 12.1.3

When creating a labor debrief line in MFS, the UOM is converted unexpectedly when the debrief is sync'd to the server
The expectation is that labor UOM will remain the same value that was set on the MFS client.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Mobile Field Service Client enter a Labor Debrief line with UOM =  Minutes [30].
2. Apply and Synch
3. Run the Processes Uploaded Mobile Data program.
4. The Labor Debrief UOM has been changed to Hours
So the labor line was changed fro 30 Minutes to 30 Hours.
