WebADI The Date Picker Is Filling The Accounting Date Field With Wrong Date Format (Doc ID 1987542.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.2.3 version:

Actual Behavior
GL responsibility -> Journals -> Launch Journal Wizard -> Create new spreadsheet

In the spreadsheet, the date picker is filling the Accounting Date field with wrong date format that results in error when trying to upload the spreadsheet.
User selects date 30-Jan-2015, but after selecting the date, WebADI fills the Accounting Date with 1-30-115.

If the date is filled manually the process finishes without error.


Expected Behavior
The Date Picker should fill the correct date format.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL responsibility -> Journals -> Launch Journal Wizard
2. Try to select Accounting Date from Date Picker from the created Spreadsheet
3. After selecting the date, the Accounting Date field has wrong date format


Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use WebADI tool to ease Journal creation.
