Field Service Error "oracle.forms.engine.Main" When Opening Dispatch Center Form (Doc ID 1987557.1)

Symptoms

When trying to open the Dispatch Center form, users get a Java Error message.
Clicking on "Don't Block" does not help.

Also, the Task > Assignment Manager window is frozen, forcing users to kill the session.

Error:

Block potentially unsafe components from being run?
Application: oracle.forms.engine.Main

Java has discovered application components that could indicate a security concern.
Contact the application vendor to ensure that it has not been tampered with.
