Error '3103: Attribute 'FEDERAL_FLAG' does not exist for item' occurs on Requisition Approval (Doc ID 1987601.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version

Approval workflow database error occurs while attempting to approve a Requisition.

ERROR

PL/SQL procedure: PO_REQAPPROVAL_LAUNCH.LAUNCH_CREATEPO_WF
Error: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'FEDERAL_FLAG' does not exist for item 'REQAPPRV/######-######'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a requisition for approval (one created prior to an upgrade).
2. Attempt to approve the requisition after the upgrade.
3. The requisition remains stuck in a status of 'In Process'.

This issue may occur when cancelling requisition line which is created in ipro and then replaced to po.

 

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.3.
