Unable to View all the Profile Classes in the List of Values (Doc ID 1987689.1)

Symptoms

The HZ_CUST_PROFILE_CLASSES table has more than 500 records, but in the User Interface, the Profile Class List of Values (LOV) doesn't display all the records.

Even creating a new profile class, the new one still not appear in the LOV.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query Customer and navigate to:  Profile > Profile Class
