Not Able To See Debit Memos in Transactions Workbench When Using A Collections Responsibility

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Details

You are attempting to view Transaction Details for the Debit Memo and receive the following error:

FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation:  Collector’s Work Queue
Delinquent Bill To
Find “<A/C NAME>” (Acct # ####) and double click on the record
Under “Transactions” tab, filter class to “Debit Memo”
Highlight transaction# ###### > Navigate To > Transaction Workbench
No transaction displayed in the form
