Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
For one model, the Configure To Order (CTO) Match process is not working and a new star (*) item is always generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Customer needs the Match process to work so that a new * item is not generated every time.

STEPS
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Run the Auto Create Configuration concurrent program
3. A new configurable item is created
