Service Request Form > 'Edit Contact' Window: Personal Info Section Is Grayed Out (Doc ID 1987966.1)

When creating Service Request, user may first enter the name of the Contact person who is calling with an issue.
If that contact person already exists, they would select that Contact from the LOV.

Now user clicks on the ‘Edit’ button to add another phone number (i.e. Mobile) for the same Contact.
But the 'Personal Info' section is grayed out preventing the user from entering new data there.

How can users store two phone numbers for the same Contact?
