Customer Contacts MailStop Not Available In R12 Customer Page (Doc ID 1988010.1)

We have upgraded from to R12.1.3. After upgrade we are not able to see Mail Stop ids in R12 webpages.
We followed the Doc ID 1546226.1. And Run the Mailstop Migration program, but it solved only Customer Site level contact mail stop issue. It did not picked Customer Account Contact mail stop.
