On : 12.2.3 version, Offers

Adjustment will increase/decrease earned/utilized amount while not impacting the original budget

1. Fixed Budget > Budget Amount 11,285,000.00
2. Make Accrual Adjustment
3. In Check book Update Offer>Offer Details-Budget Source> Budget Earned Checkbook>

Budget Position:-

Original 11,285,000.00

Available 11,285,000.00



Planned 0.00

Committed 6,825,200.00

Recalculated Committed 6,825,200.00

Utilized 7,237,379.00

Earned 7,241,340.15

Paid 23,718.15



(Available-Committed) 4,459,800.00


However available amount never changes it remains same in budget., In the  Budget Detail screen > Budget Amount still shows as 11,285,000.00

Expect that this amount should have changed to reflect the adjustment

Why is the adjustment not affecting the Budget Amount ?
