On OTL/EAM version, Performance

Very bad response time on Time and Labor Module in Oracle applications E-Business Suite (minutes) for EAM Time Card Layout.

The system should be much faster.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
When people fill in their timecards and more there are lines into the timecard and more the waiting time is long : between 15 seconds to 3 minutes.
It is the same thing for the approval: when I ask the timecard to approve this one it is the same issue: until 3 minutes before seeing the information.
