PO Shipment Details Do Not Display From EAM Work Order In Self-Service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When clicking the PO number hyperlink on an eAM work order in self-service to view PO shipments, the following message occurs.
“No data exists”.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Using either standard or custom eAM self-service responsibility, go to Work Orders tab > All. Find work order with a linked PO. Click hyperlink to open work order.
2) Go to Materials tab on work order page and click hyperlink to open PO information.
3) Click the Show hyperlink under PO details to see Shipment information. See message that “No data exists” for the shipment line.
4) PO and Shipment details expected to display as per the Purchase Order Summary to Purchase Orders - Shipments form.
