Receive 'WMS N Step Putaway/Quantity not available. The task is not created.'  when using WMS N Step Putaway workflow to putaway a Parent LPN.  

When using  an LPN in Move Any LPN mobile menu and this LPN is a parent LPN and you decide to drop in another locator using a reason defined to start the  WMS N Step Putaway workflow the system terminate with  notification: WMS N Step Putaway/Quantity not available. The task is not created.

Steps
=======
1) Consolidate multiple LPNs into a Parent LPN
2) Using nav path Whse Mgmt > Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Move Any LPN

a. Attempt to Putaway the Parent LPN using a Exception Reason that will launch WMS N Step Putaway workflow.
b.  Receive 'WMS N Step Putaway/Quantity not available. The task is not created.'
